Module 2: Process & Ceremony -- Intentional Healing

Infusing your yoga with spiritual practices such as shamanic journeys, Native American ceremonies, and energy- and process-work elevates the potency of your teaching, allowing you to use it very deliberately as a powerful healing tool.  You will learn to weave your own creativity into the various ceremonies and processes in order to create meaningful practices with your own stamp on them for your students.  With this strong foundation you will be able to lead healing work in any area.

Doing Ceremony in a good way requires connection to the Earth and her Elements. The region of Cabrera in the Dominican Republic has incredibly potent land, allowing training participants to tap into the rhythm of the natural world and to open to the Great Mystery.  The Earth there buzzes with aliveness; the Waters speak a magic loud enough for all to hear; the Air caresses with the promise of connecting to Spirit, and all around Nature is so tangible.  It is the perfect place to learn how to lead Ceremony and Process. 

We will be staying at the beautiful Hotel La Catalina all week.

Accommodations:

The hotel offers first class personalized services and facilities to help make your stay truly special. Rooms have either 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed or 2 double beds. For the time being, rooms with king beds and rooms with double beds will be used for double occupancy while rooms with queen beds will be reserved for single occupancy.

The cost of accommodations is separate from the training tuition.

What's included in the accommodation price:
8 nights accommodations, 3 meals daily, airport transfer, an excursion to Lake Dudu, daily beach shuttle.  All taxes and fees are also included.

Meals:
Our participants will receive 3 full meals each day.  The hotel's Dominican chef has spent more than 10 years working with renowned French chef Rémi Rondot. The chef and his staff are dedicated to providing you with a quality dining experience. Their beef is locally grown and grass-fed. Many of their fresh fruits, vegetables and spices are grown right in their own organic garden.

Getting There & Away:
Sat the 28th & Sun the 5th are travel days. Please book your flights so you arrive into Puerto Plata airport no later than 4pm on Sat, March 28 and depart Puerto Plata no earlier than 12pm on Sun, April 5.  Transfer from/to the airport is included in the accommodation fee.  Those arriving after or departing prior to the requested times will need to pay separately for a taxi to the hotel (travel time is approximately 1.5 hrs and cost is $96 per person with a 2 person minimum).

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made up to 45 days prior to the training will receive a full refund less $500 deposit. After Feb 11, 2015 registration fees will not be refunded, except in cases of serious medical emergency.
