Going to a new studio can be very intimidating, especially if you’re going by yourself. I have been to other studios, and I never felt that connection with the studio or the other students. And here is a place where I am so happy to go, somewhere that feels very sacred. Turbodog feels like a second home to me because of how warm and welcomed I am here. I want everyone else who walks through that door to get to feel that way too. I want them to have the chance to grow like I have as a result of spending time here –- to be more at peace and to have more self-acceptance, to walk and think differently. It’s given me so much physical and mental strength and so much more emotional stability too, and I never feel alone here. Ever. I want everyone to be able to experience these types of gifts and this type of loving support. At Turbodog, they don’t just adjust you in a pose or lead you through a practice. Their mission is to truly support you.
